We exclude liability for any lost time, inconvenience, or any other incidental or consequential damage you (or anyone else) may incur as a result of a defect covered by the vehicle’s warranty. However, depending on the nature of the repair (parts not available, fault not replicated, repeated repair), we may offer a compensation.
If the vehicle has been in repair for more than 5 working days, please report your concern to the JAGUAR CRC MENA at crcmena@jaguar.com providing your vehicle details such as:
VIN (chassis number)
Date of submitting the vehicle to the workshop
Country/ City and Dealer Branch
What is the current fault in the vehicle?
Is it a repeated fault? Please elaborate
